Tailor Made Services

Tailor made services are also included in broader offers. However, the reality on the ground is that only certain skills might be needed in different projects. I am happy to provide them to the precise extent that is demanded by the customer.

I’m open to collaborate with people of diverse skills: landscape designers, community managers, educators etc., in the hope of designing and implementing integrated, ethical projects.

Online Services 

Permaculture is an Ethical Design science that adapts to an ever-evolving world. New programs and data are made available all the time, and I am keen to improve my services through the use of digital tools.

This service provides you with a description of how a project unfolds:
– How to turn your project into a Regenerative Ecology site
– What timeline to expect
– How much the consultancy services would cost and what they involve

What this implies:

A 45 minutes call: the first 30 minutes define the essential aspects of the project: the people involved, their skills and their objectives. The last 15 minutes of the call need to present the property.

Completing the two questionnaires below is also very helpful for assessing the project:

Also needed:

– Knowledge about previous use of the land
– Relevant information such as what resources are available locally, if any businesses are located nearby, if restrictions apply to the area etc.

Please keep in mind that Permaculture Design is a scientific method of creating a project based on:

– the natural potential of the site,
– your skills, knowledge and time availability.

If any of these change, the project itself changes too. All proposals by the Designer are made within the framework of the information you’ve provided, and all responsibility that derives from the evolution, change or mis-communicated data falls to the Client.

The Project Assessment is provided within the timeline agreed bilaterally.

Price: 60 euros (set fee, except for particular cases).

Permaculture Design is a Connecting System between disciplines: Agriculture, Hydrology, Energy, Natural Construction, Forestry, Waste Management, Aquaculture, Animal Systems, Economy and Community development.

Integrating all these into a cohesive project is a task that requires specific skills.
In diverse situations, a Permaculture Designer can be called upon for Consultancy, Coordinating teams or other particular requirements.

Mentoring is available for fellow Designers, students undertaking a PDC course or other professionals (architects, farmers, market gardeners, educators) in a concerted effort to provide integrated services.

The process can take different forms – design review, project re-design, project scaling etc. and adapts to your needs.

Knowledge is the first surplus of a Permaculture Project.

Sharing of knowledge is a must for all designers, as on-the-ground work involves a great deal of teaching.

We’re fortunate to live in the internet era, and the use of appropiate technology creates opportunity for:

– vlogging on subjects of common interest

– video or written tutorials for specific techniques

– investigative reporting and blog writing

If you wish to move forward with the project, reach out after making your decision and you’ll be provided with a Design quote.

Project Design involves careful analysis and several scenario proposals, from which a final Design will be developed.

After the visit included in the Project assessment, a second is one is scheduled for the presentation of the options moving forward. The number of proposals depends on the budget and complexity of the project.

In total three visits to the site are needed for the Design to reach a defined stage: the final one involves a visual presentation and technical documents.

You are also provided with references and a possible timeline for the implementation.

Permaculture Design is equally about the interaction between elements, as it is about the elements themselves.

Three options are possible.:

1. The Designer (and optionally, other professionals) carries out the Implementation, under circumstances agreed upon before hand.

2. You and the Designer are involved, according to a set schedule.

3.  Go into action with your close ones ! Invite your friends (8 persons maximum, per meeting) to help you with the Implementation. In a Permablitz, the Designer is coordinating the group of people to turn the project into reality.

Homo Sapiens is by definition a Social Animal. We are not separate from Nature, which means the relationships we have between each other follow Natural models.

Human Permaculture provides:
– The knowledge to assess where you stand in relation to climate, to the environment and to social context
– The tools of constructive use: Constructive Communication, Community building, Project planning etc
– The skills you need to develop your Life Design within the framework of Permaculture
